![]() ![]() As always, the rooms were kept neat and spotless. My family lives in Henderson, and this is our go to hotel when we visit them. This is our fourth stay at the Sunset Station. I was impressed with Pasta Cucina and didn’t feel. Excellent service, reasonable prices, and delicious food. The one shining star meal was at the Italian restaurant. After one visit, we decided to hit up the many fast food restaurants around the area instead. I was taken aback by a 12 dollar ice cream at Ben and Jerry’s and a 30 dollar meal at Fatburger (that’s for one person: burger, fries, drink). There are lots of food court options inside the hotel, but they are all pretty pricy and on par with what you would pay inside a Strip hotel. There were also many on duty, so there are always eyes on the water. Lifeguards are on duty and they do a great job of being friendly, but firm and keeping folks following the rules. The cabanas are set up nicely and the prices are reasonable. It’s not too busy on weekdays, but on the weekends it gets busier, so we rent a cabana. We stayed in a junior suite so the kids could each have their own bed. We received housekeeping every day and the ladies who took care of the room were always polite and friendly. ![]() ![]()
